Remuneration Effectiveness of Job Satisfaction (Case Study at Bhakti Asih Hospital)

The problem in this study is the decrease in job satisfaction of employees
of Bhakti Asih Hospital, while the purpose of this study is to find out the
remuneration provided is effective against job satisfaction of Bhakti Asih
Hospital employees.
Remuneration is one important element that can be used to increase job
satisfaction and motivation because remuneration is a tool to meet the various needs of employees.
This research uses quantitative true experiment methods. The population
in this study were 150 employees of Bhakti Asih Hospital. Then the sample was drawn using a non-probability method that is using a purposive technique of 30 people. This study uses one instrument and the research data collection in the form of a questionnaire with a Gutman scale.
Based on the results of research and studies that have been described
previously, it can be concluded that the effective remuneration of Employee
Satisfaction at the Bhakti Asih Hospital can be seen Output Table One Sample Test above obtained significant correlation test in determining the effectiveness of t = 2.153 which Sig. 0.040 and a = 0.05, it can be concluded that H0 is rejected and HA is accepted. Thus interpreted effective remuneration to Employee Satisfaction.
This can be proven by the length of work of employees and the few
complaints from employees related to remuneration applied by the
management of Bhakti Asih Hospital. However, if employees feel dissatisfied they will express their dissatisfaction by lazing at work, undisciplined and complaining a lot and others.
