Maenani. 216.503.045. The Influence of Audit Quality towards Withholding Tax Art 2 Paragraph 9 ( Case of Study is at PT Victor Indah Prima) Accounting Major STIE Trianandra – (Supervised by Dani Ratna Damayanti and Endang Tria Hastuti).
Quality Audit is the process of systematic examination of a quality system carried out by an internal or external quality auditor and withholding tax is an income tax to be paid to the government by the payer of the income. The problem in this research study is that there are employees who are withholding tax art 2 paragraph 9 at the respected company and purpose of this study if there is an influence of quality audit towards withholding tax art 2 paragraph 9.
Population is derived from all of employees in audit division at the respected company and sample is taken for as many as 10 persons through purposive sampling technique. Research instrument of questioner is applied in data collection and tested by Guttman scale. Based on the research study that have been obtained and shown on Output table one sample test, through regression significant test in determining the value of audit quality t = 1,843 with Sig. 0,103 and α = 0,05. It can be concluded that HO is rejected and HA is accepted. It means that there is an influence audit quality towards withholding tax art 2 paragraph 9 at the respected company.
