The problem in this research is the decrease in work motivation of the employees of PT. Dwipa Megah Lestari, while the purpose of this study was to determine the effective salary given to the work motivation of PT. Dwipa Megah Lestari.

The population in this study were all employees of PT. Dwipa Megah Lestari and samples were taken by means of non probability samples, namely as many as 40 people. The data in this study were conducted using a research instrument in the form of research data collection in the form of a Likert scale questionnaire The results obtained are that the effective salary on work motivation at PT. Dwipa Megah Lestari can be seen that the Output table One Sample test obtained a significant correlation test in determining the effectiveness of t = 43,395 which is sig 0.00 and a = 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and HA is accepted. Thus, effective salary means work motivation.

Thus it can be interpreted that the effective salary is work motivation. This can be proven by the lack of complaints from employees regarding the salary applied by the management of PT. Dwipa Megah Lestari. However, if employees are not satisfied, they will express their dissatisfaction by working irresponsibly, undisciplined, working lazily and so on.
